JUNE/JULY 2010 NEWS/EVENTS

The West Zone will have its monthly meeting on June 24th.
The Singles' and Married Women's classes will be held at their regular locations and times on Saturday, June 26th. The Married Men's will be hosted by the Tellis' at 4:30 pm.
Woodland Park's 2010 Graduation Celebration will be held immediately after morning worship on June 27th.
Those who would like to teacher for vacation bible school will meet after the graduation celebration.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - JULY 26-30
4th Sunday Singing will be held at Woodland Park on June 27th at 3:00 pm. Evening worship will start promptly after the 4th Sunday singing. There will NOT be any 5:00 pm classes nor 6:00 pm worship.
The Singles' and Married Women's classes will be held at their regular locations and times on Saturday, June 26th. The Married Men's will be hosted by the Tellis' at 4:30 pm.
June 30th is the deadline for satisfying Found Faithful II pledges. All questions are to directed to Robert Beeman.
Sign up for the "Married 10 Years or less Luncheon" to be held on August 1, 2010.
Areawide Ladies Bible Class will be held at the Alabaster congregation on July 4th at 3:00 pm.
July 4th - Congregation song pratice @ 6:00 pm.
Men's Business Meeting/Prayer Breakfast - Saturday, July 10th from 9:00 - 11:00 am.
The Youth Ministry Summer Getaway 2010 will be at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN, July 14th - 17th. Hotel accommodations are at the Holiday Inn. You may visit the hotel's website further info at http://www.4lodging.com/PGFTN/index.htm. You may direct questions to Robert Beeman or Shandi Woodard.
The Singles', Married Men's and Married Women's classes will be held at their regular locations and times on Saturday, July 24th.
4th Sunday Singing will be held at the the Alabaster congregation, July 25th @ 3:00 pm.
Exercise Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night at 6:00 pm.
The Birmingham "Magic City Lectureship" will be held on September 12-15, 2010.
Please remember our "HOMEBOUND WORSHIP MINISTRY". If you have a loved one or know of someone who is homebound and they desire home worship. Please contact the appropriate zone leader or a member of our leadership. Be sure to provide at least a 48-hour notice.
CD's of our weekly sermons are available upon request following each service. They are free of charge to visitors and $2 each for members.
If you have information for the monthly calendar, please see LaShonda Harbin by the 20th of each month. All announcements for the bulletin should be submitted to Sis. Winnie White by noon on Thursday of each week.
